          ROLE OF THE OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE


          An owner’s representative is an individual who looks out for the owner’s interests in
          all matters relating to the construction of the project. The owner’s representative is
          independent of the design team and the CM/GC and reports directly to the owner.
          Thus, when problems arise between the design team and the CM/GC, the owner’s
