The second is concerned with the
conversation of cultures. Here,
"incomprehension" is sometimes used as
a theoretically provocative method to
study the making of cultures.
The third involves the recovery of cultures
of the politically marginalized by the state
and the hegemonic ideologies of
nationalism, secularism, scientific temper,
rationality and cultural universalism.
