        extended period of time. They not only help you with spe-
        cific situations in the short term but also help you establish
        longer-term strategies for your career and your life.

        Here are a few questions to see where you might be on the
        spectrum of continuous learning:


           1. Are you clueless about how other people perceive
              you? If you do know what others think of you, is it
              the same as the way you perceive yourself?
           2. Do you feel as though you have lost your creative
              spark? Are you bored with your everyday routine?
           3. Do you feel burned out or less motivated in your
              current job than you have in other roles that you’ve
              had in the past three years?
           4. Are you constantly looking at ways to bring a new
              and different value to your current job?
           5. Have you had an idea that you have always dreamed
              about pursuing but haven’t done as yet?
