ship in general or on a specific skill) that says that
you need further development?
7. Do you want to be considered for that next level of
responsibility or for an area in which you have a
strong interest, but you are not totally competent to
fill that role?
8. Do you hesitate before taking on a new “stretch”
project for fear of failure?
9. Can you name at least 10 people who have helped
you grow and develop over the past year?
10. Are you soliciting feedback, support, and advice
from others on a regular basis?
If you are not happy with your answers to any of these
questions, you might want to focus on your continuous
learning. Here are the five secrets again.
