Method conditions Photometric determination at 265 nm D 2 and D 4 calibrated in concentration range 28–98 µg/mL and wavelength range 240–320 nm. ZP and PP at 285.5 nm and 290 nm. Scan speed 120 nm/min, ordinate axis ±0.025 absorbance nm –2 (or nm –4 ), respectively. Differential wavelength 4 nm for D 2 and 12 nm for D 4 .
