                          primary management concern.

                      ❏ Employees need to have faith that the time they spend at
                          work promotes a greater cause and mission.

                      ❏ Employees need to have faith in their leaders and know
                          that they can trust their word.

                      ❏ When people believe in the possibilities, the future
                          becomes brighter.
                      ❏ Managers should help create epiphanies, large and small,

                          for their workers of what life could be.
