                              Minhtuan Pham earned his M.E. degree from Nanyang Technological Uni-
                              versity, Singapore in 2002. He earned his B.E. degree from Hanoi University of
                              Technology, Vietnam in 1997. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree at School
                              of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University,
                              Singapore. Before joining NTU, he had worked at Department of Automa-
                              tion Technology, Institute of Information Technology, Vietnamese National
                              Centre for Natural Science and Technology, as a research engineer. His research
                              interests include embedded control systems, autonomous vehicle systems, and
                              vehicle platooning.
