7.3.3 RETRIEVE MODULE
In the retrieve module shown in Fig. 7.3, we extract the data from the cloud so that we can use the data for
our future reference. We can analyze, process, and use the data for some algorithm or predictions. It will
be easy for us to gain access to the data and use it at our convenience. The data should be extracted from
the cloud and should be viewed on the webpage or in an application. The webpage acts as a medium to
extract the data from the cloud so that we can analyze the data based on the sensor readings.
7.3.4 ACT/NOTIFY MODULE
The Adafruit cloud also provides the notification service in collaboration with IFTTT (IF This Then
That). If the ingested value exceeds the threshold value, then an emergency notification will be sent to
the doctor or patient’s relative with the required information so that they can take the precaution
without delay.
