“Your Story”
Instructions: The following list of discussion questions is
intended to be answered by team members as part of an over-
all team-building experience. Individuals may skip topics that
they do not feel comfortable answering. These questions may be
passed out in advance of the meeting or handed out at the begin-
ning. Team members should limit their contributions to ten min-
utes. After presenting, other team members should be given the
opportunity to comment or ask follow-up questions, which the
individual may choose whether or not to answer. All team mem-
bers should be encouraged to identify areas of commonality.

• What are the names and birth order of your siblings?
• What are your favorite sports, clubs, and hobbies?
• What are your children’s names and ages?
• What is the best part of being a parent?
