Annual Life Plan
Now that you have the big picture, you can work on creating a plan for
this year. Here is a sample of what your annual life plan might contain
(feel free to add any other elements that you’d like to incorporate). Jot
down your answers below or write each on a separate index card. (You
can also download a free Life Planner from Lifecoach.com.)
BIG GOALS
A big goal is something that would typically take six months to a year to
achieve, so ideally choose only one or two big goals a year. For example,
my big goal this year was to write this book, and I have smaller projects
running as well.

PROJECTS
These are usually smaller tasks or objectives that won’t take a year to
complete such as writing the first chapter of a book, building a deck,
learning how to make great minestrone, making a movie of your kids,
etc. At least one of your projects will be supporting your big goal.
