I drink filtered or purified water throughout the day. I am
well hydrated.
I exercise three times a week or more.
I have eliminated all sources of stress.
I have something to look forward to each day.

I take at least four holidays a year.
I follow a nutritional plan designed for my body.

I am ten minutes early for business and personal
appointments.

I always underpromise and overdeliver. For example, if I
think I can get it done in one week, I tell the boss I’ll have it
done in two weeks. Then I turn it in early.
I take at least ten minutes of every day to sit and do
nothing or meditate.
I can easily say no and have learned to decline gracefully.
I take evenings and weekends off consistently.
I keep one to two hours unscheduled every day.
I have a life plan. I don’t have to get everything done this

I pay my bills online or automatically.
I order my groceries online and have them delivered
