              HOME AND COMFORT

My home is clean and comfortable.
I like every room in my home.
I have a special place to relax or curl up.
I have extra room (for new things, guests, etc.).
My bed is made every day.
I have nothing around the home or in storage that I do not
                        need or enjoy.
I live in the geographic area of my choice.
My bedroom lets me have the best sleep possible (mattress,
                        light, air).
I live in a home that I love.
I am not tolerating anything about my home.

              SELF-CARE AND HEALTH

I have a weekly massage or bodywork.
My weight is in the healthy range.
I like my body just the way it is.
My hair and nails look great.
I sleep on sheets with a thread count of three hundred or
                        better.
I meditate or write in a journal daily.
I have no unhealthful habits or addictions (caffeine, alcohol,
                        sugar, TV, cigarettes).
I engage in daily exercise that gives me joy.
I wear quality sunglasses to protect my eyes.
I get sunshine or take the appropriate vitamin D (cod-liver
                        oil) supplements daily.

              CAREER AND OPPORTUNITY

I know my strengths and natural abilities and delegate my
                        weaknesses.
