Activity: Develop the Change Management Plan
Earlier in the chapter, we discussed the development of the requirements, the “what will it take,”
for data governance to be sustainable. Once those requirements have been identified, then the
detailed planning for managing the DG program changes can begin. A comprehensive plan and
effective execution of the tasks (discussed in Chapter 13) outlined in the plan are the means by
which you will build awareness, understanding, and acceptance of data governance for the
organization.
