             organizations, especially large ones, there needs to be some sort of central body that is the data
             governance focal point. Hopefully, this is part of the framework that was defined. Even in the largest of
             organizations, this can be one person or a few people who act as “u ¨ber” stewards. This ongoing body
             can be virtual or it can report to a functional department. Either way, its role is to make sure the DG
             program is operating as defined.
