hear these stories as proof that you can really do what you claim
you can do. You will shine as someone who is thoroughly prepared
and knows his or her strengths.
In a national study conducted by an organization
called JIST in Indianapolis, 4,000 employers,
declared that 85 percent of job candidates do
not clearly state their strengths. You’ll be in
the top 15 percent by clarifying your talents
and strengths and providing information to
back them up.
Use Q statements wherever you can, and be as detailed and
specific as possible without going over about 90 seconds. Please
write your stories (or keywords that help you remember them) in
the following section. It’s a good idea to have at least two stories for
each talent you’ve selected. The more anecdotes you can relate,
though, the more prepared you will feel and the more convincing
you will be.
