Effect of Gas Wettability on
the Surface Properties of
Rocks
121
ABSTRACT
Expound the gas adsorption capacity of rocks surface with different gas wettabil-
ity degrees, the influences of different wettabilities of clay mineral surface on the
Zeta potential, cation-exchange, expansion and dispersion characteristic of clay
mineral, the conductivity of rocks surface under the different conditions of liquid
wettability and gas wettability, and the degrees and laws of unidirection imbibi-
tion and reverse imbibition of the core with different gas wettability degrees;
reveal the influence of gas wettability on the rocks surface characteristic.
