CaPturing greenality lessons learned

All project managers know that lessons learned is one of the best ways
to avoid problems with future projects. With greenality efforts, lessons
learned become even more important, because it is not just about the
project product, but also about potential changes to the fundamental
methods of managing a project. It is therefore crucial that the proj-
ect team accurately record lessons learned during the execution of the
greenality effort as well as the execution of the project itself. This will
be especially important when it is the first time greenality efforts are
included in the project.
