Phosphogypsum was utilized as a raw material for the preparation of self-leveling

mortar. The properties of self-leveling mortar met the requirements of the existing stan-
14
dards.
The polymer-modified self-leveling mortars were developed with high polymer-
15
cement ratio for industrial floor finishing. Superplasticizer and thickener have been
included in the mixes to reduce bleeding, drying shrinkage, and to facilitate the workabil-
15
ity. The self-leveling mortars using polyacrylic ester emulsion at a curing age of 28 days
15
were almost equal to the conventional flooring using urethane and epoxy resins.
