52 It’s Not a Glass Ceiling, It’s a Sticky Floor

to literally see what’s most important to them now, laid out right in
           front of them.
Once women see the slices they want to have in their pie, they
can see how big those different slices are and how close that comes
to how big or small they would like each one to be. From there it’s
easier for them to set some specific work-life goals and near-term
           priorities.
Following is an example of the Wheel of Life.

                                 Money Spiritual/Character

                    Health Career

              Relationships Recreation

                                Service Personal Growth

The following are definitions for each spoke of the wheel of life.

Personal growth means the same thing to everyone but manifests
itself differently from one person to another. It might mean
becoming a better mother, or getting your MBA, or learning to
play golf. Think about what it means to you. What is the new
thing you most want to learn to do or interest you would like to
              develop?

Money is usually a dollar figure you want to earn or it could be a long-
term financial goal and long-term security. But it can also encom-
pass benefits, job security, or opportunities for advancement.
