Your Ideal Wheel of Life.
Now, create the wheel you would like to have. Step back and think
about some of the core dimensions of your life—what are the non-
negotiables or things that matter to you? Take a moment to begin
charting out how you would like those to be one or two years from
now. For example, you may want to focus more on your own health,
so going to the gym twice a week or working with a trainer once a
week is a start. Once you charted your wheel, on a scale from 1 to 10,
rate your level of satisfaction in each area, as shown below.

Service Personal Growth
Don’t worry if your wheel is short on 10s. Few wheels reflect
lives as perfectly well rounded as we like (no wonder the road of life
is so bumpy!).
