ABout the Authors
David Clemons CEO of Achieve Labs Inc., has provided leadership
and innovation to the digital publishing industries, specifically the
enterprise online learning space, since 1990. Today, David is speak-
ing nationally and internationally within the mobile industry as a
mobile strategy expert, an executive of LearnKey, Inc., and founder
of Achieve Labs Inc., (LearnCast.com and PushMobileMedia.com)
focusing on the delivery of digital content to the mobile workforce
and providing the enterprise with strategies and educational deliv-
ery platforms. David lives in Eagle, Idaho as a true mobile worker
and employs a large “mobiForce” including international partners and
content specialists.
Michael Kroth, Ph.D., is an assistant professor at the University of
Idaho in Adult/Organizational Learning and Leadership and a recipi-
ent of the university’s Hoffman Award for Excellence in Teaching. He
has written three books, Transforming Work: The Five Keys to Achiev-
ing Trust, Commitment, and Passion in the Workplace (2001), Perseus
Publishing, coauthored with Patricia Boverie, about passionate work;
The Manager as Motivator (2006), Praeger Publishing, which provides
practical tools leaders can use to develop highly motivating work en-
vironments; and, Career Development Basics, coauthored with McKay
Christensen, and published by ASTD press. He is a member of the
National Speakers Association.
