and highlights the fact that:
70 per cent feel encouraged and involved;
only 8 per cent feel neither encouraged nor involved;
TPM will directly address six of the top seven perceived ’hinders’.
Figure 7.13 shows the top seven perceived hinders to change and Figure
7.14 highlights the top seven helps towards combined progress.
