Four-day hands-on workshop
The final stage of securing the necessary commitment is a four-day hands-on
TPM workshop carried out on 'live' equipment in the host plant. The delegates
will comprise a cross-section of senior management, potential TPM facilitators,
union representatives (if appropriate) and some key operators and maintainers.
The content of the workshop is shown in Figure 7.23.
The objectives of the four-day 'in-house' workshop are:
to provide a thorough understanding of TPM and how to put it into
practice;

in, and influence the behaviour of, multi-discipline, multi-interest teams;
