                      The key conclusions are that:
                        most feel that ’across the fence’ communications and understanding of
                        ’each other’s problems’ have some way to go (see Q7,18,1,21 and 33);
                        most expect change to continue (see Q40,47 and 32), although some may
                        still resist it because they already feel there is too much going on (see Q31).
                      Figure 7.15 shows the 20  statements’ strength  of  feeling as to how  the
                   individual feels he or she is treated and how well the team management and
                   company works as far as he or she is concerned.
