progress. Exhibit 14-2 is a sample FIM.
3. List of contract drawings and specifications—This is a definitive list of drawings
and specifications that define the scope of work for the contractual requirements of
the project.
4. List of addendums—Addendums are often issued during the bid and award period
to clarify details and respond to information requested by the bidders.
5. List of bulletins—Bulletins are issued after the award of the project. Bulletins
define a change in the work, which must be priced and submitted as a change order
for review and approval.
6. List of sketches—Sketches are sometimes utilized as an interim means of initiat-
ing a change in the work by the owner or design team, which is not extensive to
warrant the issuance of a bulletin. Sketches are usually then incorporated into the
next bulletin when issued.
7. Shop-drawing log—Both the construction manager and design team to track the
submission of all shop drawings by each subcontractor specialty will maintain
shop-drawing logs. Shop drawings are the basis upon which the subcontractor will
