real-time footage of the construction process. Exhibit 14-4 is a sample photo-
video log.
20. Progress reports—Progress reports are usually issued on a weekly, semi-weekly, or
monthly basis to keep the project team informed of the progress of the work. The
progress report usually contains status of budget, schedule, open items, change
orders, bids and awards, pending change orders, etc. A sample progress report is
included in Exhibit 14-5.
21. Daily log—A daily log is maintained by the superintendent in the field to track the
progress of the work that day, where work is being performed, which subcontractors
