25. Equipment delivery and installation log—This log tracks the major deliveries of all
construction materials and equipment to the site, and when and were they are
installed. Exhibit 14-9 shows an equipment delivery and installation log.
26. Off-site storage log—This log is utilized to keep track of all materials and equip-
ment stored off-site awaiting delivery to the project site. Materials are often stored
in bonded warehouses in close proximity to the construction site, so that when they
are needed they can be readily delivered. Exhibit 14-10 is an off-site storage log.
27. Request for information (RFI) log—The RFI log is used to track the status of all
RFIs and their answers. RFIs can be used to verify verbal information and direction,
