22. Daily construction report—This report documents in detail the type of work that is
being performed by each trade and the overall progress of the project, in more
detail than the daily log. Exhibit 14-7 contains a daily construction report.
23. Manpower reports—These reports are utilized to document the number of workers
in all capacities (foreman, journeyman, apprentices, minority and disadvantaged
personnel, etc.) that are performing work on the project each day.
24. Daily equipment use log—This log keeps track of all of the major equipment, mostly
for logistical purposes, such as the tower cranes, hoist, pumps, bulldozers, lifts, lulls,
heaters, and crawling cranes. Exhibit 14-8 contains a daily equipment use log.
