           Sheldon could have collapsed his two e-mails into one and writ-
        ten the following:


           Dear Shannon,
              When I received the e-mail about the response rates for
           our Chicago group, I did the math and wondered about the
           64.7 percent response rate. That group has four employees,
           one of whom has been there only one year.
              My recollection is that we were not going to survey
           employees who are new because they have had limited
           experience with the firm.
              Your answers will be very helpful to me in understanding
           this process and yielding data that will be useful.

        Enneagram Style Sevens


                        Create Genuine Relationships
                        Upbeat and engaging, Sevens usually charm peo-
                        ple with their friendly demeanor, stimulating ideas,
                        and versatile intellects. Because their interests are
                        broad, it is easy for Sevens to find a common
        ground for conversation.
           Genuine, enduring relationships can be more challenging for
        Sevens. First, when they stop feeling stimulated by either the topic
        or the other person, Sevens lose interest in the interaction, and
        this sudden lack of interest is usually obvious. Second, Sevens
        move toward the pleasurable and exciting but avoid situations in
        which they feel uncomfortable. Discussing feelings tends to make
