190 What Type of Leader Are You?

do for too long a period of time. They are often able to relax while
on vacation, but they have a hard time doing so on other occa-
sions. Every day, give yourself permission to spend 15 minutes just
relaxing. Listen to music you like, read a magazine that is unrelated
to work, or go for a walk by yourself and enjoy the experience of
        feeling unburdened.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR BEHAV-
IOR FOR YOUR TEAM Remind yourself that each individual rela-

present, the team will produce high-quality goods and services.
More than leaders with any other Enneagram style, Twos take time
at the beginning to allow team members to get to know one
another and develop trusting, supportive relationships. They then
focus on creating moderate to highly interdependent teams whose
members work together to ensure a high-functioning work unit.
Twos are people-oriented and tend to lead their teams through
a collective vision that focuses both on the team itself and on the
