About the Authors
Diana Whitney, Ph.D., President of Corporation for Positive Change
is an inspirational keynote speaker, executive advisor, and visionary
thought leader on Appreciative Leadership and Positive Change. She
is a master consultant using Appreciative Inquiry—the revolutionary
process she helped to develop and introduce in over 30 countries—
for large scale transformation and strategic culture change in business,
healthcare, education, and religious organizations. Her award winning
writing has positively influenced the lives of millions of people around
the world. She has authored or edited fi fteen books, dozens of articles
and chapters, and designed the Appreciative Leadership Development
Program©, now available through an international network of certi-
