After we finish modifying the title block, exit the sheet format and return to
editing the drawing sheet by selecting "Edit Sheet" from the right mouse button
menu in the drawing area or clicking in the "Sheet Format" confirmation corner.

If we modify an empty drawing's Sheet Format and save it as a template,
