To define the circle's location, select the "Smart Dimension" tool. Click on

either the center of the circle or its perimeter, and then on the top edge of the

'Housing' locate the dimension and enter the value of 1.875". For the Diameter,

select the circle and locate the 3.25" diameter dimension as shown.
