2.2 Overall design
Our device in Fig. 1 encompasses the traits of a flexible nasopharyngoscope,
which includes a small diameter of 3mm and a high deflection angle of
145degrees (Table 1). Both the diameter and deflection angles are compa-
rable to those that are commercially available.
