              holds a Master’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri.
              Tony has been quoted frequently on communication topics in publica-
              tions across the United States.

                            Kathryn Tunheim (United States) has extensive expe-
                            rience in corporate, government and non-profit
                            communication management. In 1990 Kathy left
                            her position as Vice-President of Corporate Communi-
                            cations and Internal Communications at Honeywell to
                            found Tunheim Santrizos Company. Prior to her 10-
                            year tenure at Honeywell, she was marketing commu-
              nications manager for computer manufacturer NCR. Earlier she
              served as assistant press secretary to Wendell Anderson during his
              terms as Governor of Minnesota and his term as US Senator from
              Minnesota. As President and CEO, Kathy Tunheim oversees strategic
              planning for clients and is actively involved in client service and coun-
              selling. Under her leadership Tunheim Partners has grown to be one
              of Minnesota’s largest public relations agencies.

                            Odile Vernier (France) is the Chairwoman and
                            Executive Manager of Beau Fixe. After a career in
                            journalism in Japan, Odile joined the staff of a French
                            ministry. She then worked in a public relations agency
                            before creating Beau Fixe in 1988, which she is now
                            running as its President. Her fields of expertise range
                            from sensitive communication to crisis communica-
              tion: how to deal with rumours, social problems, environmental prob-
              lems, product problems and company governance.

                            Tim Wallace (United States) has written, spoken and
                            lectured about crisis communication both in the
                            United States and in Europe in the course of a 25-year
                            career. His client engagements include Ernst & Young,
                            JP Morgan Chase, Citicorp, Deutsche Bank, Booz
                            Allen Hamilton, Merrill Lynch, Katzenbach Partners,
                            Beech-Nut, Kmart and Raymond James, among
              others. His unparalleled success in op-ed writing has led to numerous
              Wall Street Journal ‘Manager’s Journal’ columns and New York Times op-
              eds under client by-lines. Mr Wallace has received numerous industry
              awards for programming excellence, including the Silver Anvil. He is
              a graduate of Emory University and holds a Master’s degree from the
              University of Virginia.
