                          Jim Walsh (Ireland) is Managing Director of Walsh
                          Public Relations in Dublin, and has over 30 years experi-
                          ence in the Irish public relations and communication
                          industry. He has been involved in all aspects of public
                          relations, public affairs and media training with a wide
                          variety of commercial organizations, government
                          departments and representative groups. A Fellow of the
            Public Relations Institute of Ireland (PRII), he currently is President of
            IPREX, an international network of 58 independent public relations
            companies. A former President of the PRII and former Chairman of the
            Public Relations Consultants Association, Jim is the current treasurer of
            the Guild of Agricultural Journalists. He also writes and lectures on
            public relations issues.

                          Mania Xenou (Greece) has been the Managing
                          Director of Reliant Communications since 2002. From
                          2000 to 2002 she was Regional Communications and
                          Public Affairs Manager for Greece and Cyprus at Coca-
                          Cola Hellas. From 1993 to 2000, she was the Manager
                          of Corporate Affairs in Greece at Kraft Foods Hellas,
                          and from 1988 to 1993 she was the Corporate Affairs
            Manager for Greece at Jacobs Suchard/Pavlides. From 1984 to 1988
            she was responsible for barter contracts at an Athens-based interna-
            tional office. She is currently an associate instructor at the University
            of Panteion, Athens, in the Department of Communications and
            Media, where she teaches a course on crisis management. Mania holds
            a degree in Italian Literature and a degree in Business Administration
            and Organizational Behaviour.
