            ernment, food, retail and charities.

                          Nick Leighton (United Arab Emirates) is the founder
                          and CEO of NettResults Public Relations, a leading
                          independent media relations agency with offices across
                          the Middle East and in California, United States. Since
                          NettResults’s conception in 1999, Nick and the
                          NettResults teams have been assisting clients with crisis
                          communication, both big and small. Nick is also the
            founder and CEO of NettResults Management Consulting, a
            California-based management company that specializes in exploration
            and mapping of companies to produce process maps. Nick studied
            Psychology of Human Communication at De Montfort University,
            Leicester, UK and then went on to gain an MBA with a speciality in
            marketing from Leicester Business School. He has worked in Eastern
            and Western Europe and the Middle East. He now divides his time
            between California and Dubai.

                          Robert J Oltmanns (United States) is the president of
                          Skutski & Oltmanns, Inc, an independent public rela-
                          tions firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Bob’s unique
                          background in environmental communication includes
                          a combination of technical training and 25 years of pro-
                          fessional public relations experience. He has been a
                          counsellor on a variety of environmental public rela-
            tions issues for clients in the chemical, nuclear, forest products, electric
            power and transport industries, among others. Bob is also an adjunct
            professor of environmental public relations at Duquesne University’s
            Center for Environmental Research and Education. He holds degrees
            from Montclair State College in New Jersey and the University of
            Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Engineering, and is an accredited
            member of the Public Relations Society of America’s College of Fellows
            and the PRSA Counsellor’s Academy.

                          Steven Pellegrino (United States) returned to
                          Kortenhaus Communications as an agency partner in
                          September 2001 with 15 years experience in hospi-
                          tality, restaurant and travel marketing. In his present
                          role, Steven oversees the daily operations of the agency,
                          supervises account teams, and develops strategic pro-
                          gramming for existing clients while also generating
            new business. Steven serves as creative director for the agency and has
