Chapter 11 to 16: The various features of interpersonal communication dis-
cussed earlier, directly or indirectly, tend to add a lot of weight to the person-
ality of a communicator. Keeping this fact in mind, the last six chapters have
been designed to blossom from the earlier ones into units that deal with the
aspect of personality development. These six chapters will be highly produc-
