           personal context converge so that people are emotionally engaged and
           act with urgency to achieve the mission of the organization.
             The critical factor missed by most leaders is this: an organization can-
           not succeed in achieving a large, all-encompassing context when leaders
           have a small personal context. When leaders play small, the organization
           cannot expand beyond its current capacity. When leaders play big and
           engage with one another in an extraordinary way, they operate with a large
           personal framework. This is what allows the organization to transform
           and grow.
             Exhibit 4-1 provides a snapshot of how your personal context—playing
           small or playing big—defines behavior and impacts business results.
             Fearless leadership is a big game that powerfully connects personal
           and organizational context, and radically alters what leaders and compa-
           nies can achieve.
