Click Maximum Combined Stress under Beam Tool to retrieve the linear combi-
nation of the Direct Stress and the Maximum Bending Stress results in beams.
Close the Static Structural program. Save the project and exit ANSYS Workbench.
Modeling tips: To add a deck structure to the building frame, a surface body can
be created using the existing geometry features as follows. First, double-click
the Geometry cell in the Project Schematic to start SpaceClaim, and click
Select on the Design tab of the SpaceClaim program. Next, Ctrl-click the four
beams highlighted in the figure below, and click the Blend icon from the tool-
bar. Set the Appearance Layout to True in the lower left Properties panel. Click
the Check Mark icon in the Graphics Window to complete the surface creation.
