Step 4: Apply Cycling Heat Flux
Right-click on Transient Thermal (B5). Choose Insert and then Heat Flux from
the context menu. In the Details of “Heat Flux”, change Magnitude to Tabular
Data, and apply the heat flux to the bottom surface of the heat sink as shown
below.
