instance, to lower assembly costs, simplify the initial operation, and spend less time on
documentation.
Only with a combination of viewpoints of both project and process management can a
symbiosis of the two be realized in the alignment of the goals of the internal processes
and with it support the alignment of the project-oriented organization in the direction of
“project excellence.”
