a paper check is eliminated, another $1.25 is saved. You also see a benefit from the elimination
of inbound and outbound float. Electronic funds transfers offer next-day availability of funds.
Autoscribe (Link 13-4), ACHWorks (Link 13-5), and InterceptEFT (Link 13-6) are
companies that offer online payment services. Figure 13-3 shows an example of the
ACHWorks web interface.
