                  ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
This work was supported by the senior author’s family members. I thank them for bringing
encouragement to my life. Years ago, I had experienced extreme fatigue due to a health problem.
I was unable to use the computer due to extreme muscle pain. I was discouraged and hopeless.
However, my son bought a Kindle for me so that I was able to read and my husband bought me a
tablet so that I could continue to type. I told myself to be strong in this time of hardship. Day by
day, month by month, and year by year, I worked on and finished my manuscript which I enjoy
doing. I am glad to have contributed my knowledge to the scientific community.
