the whether mobile location is on the land or water. Connect the image point at the
mobile to the base station antenna by a line. A water reflection point is located where
the line intersects the water level. The reflected ray is then tested by drawing a straight
line from the water reflection point(s) to the existing mobile antenna.
The prediction result is raised if the reflected wave from the water level is detected
along the ray path unblocked from the reflected point to the mobile. That includes the
case in which the mobile is located on water. The flow diagram shown in Fig. 3.1.6.3.1
is the algorithm for testing the effective wave reflection from the water.
