           Personal Days, Sick Days, and Vacation Days



          The Motivational Mindset
          ■  Rather than the standard allotment of a certain number of
            vacation, sick, and personal days (each in a separate category),
            many companies offer a package of days. This appropriately
            allows for extended vacations or unexpected personal events.
          ■  A strict policy of a set number of days that expires annually
            forces employees to “use them up.” Less rigid personal day
            policies benefit both employee and employer.
