            for you. I appreciate your trying to make it work. What flextime
            hours would work best?”
          ■  “What would your ideal working hours be? Let’s see how close
            we can come to that.”
          ■  “Would shifting your workday to start one hour earlier help
            you with your afternoon child care issues?”
          ■  “I don’t want to lose you. Let’s see what we can work out.”
