■ Points systems can be run a number of ways. One is to allow
employees to accumulate points that can be cashed in at any
time, with the value of prizes increasing as new plateaus are
reached.
■ Another system is to make a list of ten criteria and reward
employees who meet a specified number over a determined
period of time. You can offer one reward for an employee who
meets five out of ten, a greater reward for employees who
meet six out of ten, and so on.
