5.4.1 Transformers and Overexcitation
The design of a transformer is intended to keep the flux density to 1.8 Tesla
(T). During operation, however, if the transformer is subjected to more flux
density, then this condition is called overexcitation. Overexcitation of flux
should not exceed 110%.
