         SOLUTIONS TO SPECIFIC PROBLEMS

The following is a more detailed listing of solutions to specific problems,

          No Air Delivered

            1. Intake blocked
            2. Suction filter plugged
            3. Unloader stuck
            4. Valve damaged
            5. Excessive leaks in piping
            6. Gasket blown on cylinder head, valve cage assembly, or intercooler

          Not Enough Air Delivered

             1. Air demand exceeds rating of compressor
             2. Intake partially blocked
             3. Suction filter requires cleaning
             4. Unloader stuck
             5. Valves damaged
             6. Leaks in piping
             7. Gasket blown in cylinder head, valve assembly, or intercooler
             8. Piston rings worn or broken
             9. System pressure set too high
            10. Speed too low
            11. Belts slipping

          Insufficient Pressure

            1. Air demand exceeds rating of compressor
            2. Intake partially blocked
            3. Suction filter requires cleaning
            4. Unloader bypassing
            5. Leaks in piping and connections
            6. Gaskets leaking on cylinder head, valve assembly, or intercooler
            7. Piston rings worn or broken
            8. Pressure gauge not properly calibrated
